If you are seeking support at home or considering a residential aged care facility, the following steps will help you to understand the process.

Step 1

Book a tour at our Roseville facility and talk to us about availability and timing.

Step 2

Undertake an Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) with My Aged Care. We will help you take the steps to arrange this.

Step 3

Complete all KOPWA pre admission application forms, including financial assessment to determine what you need to pay to become a resident at KOPWA. Our Director of Nursing can assist you in completing these forms

Step 4

Let us know when you are ready to relocate to KOPWA and we will be in touch with the next steps of moving in.

Step 5

Join our community. Our wonderful nurses and carers look forward to welcoming you as a resident.

Home Care

Home Care

Your home care package will be based on your personal requirements and life goals.

Step 1

Contact us to discuss your life goals for Home Care on Sydney’s North Shore.

Step 2

Undertake an Aged Care Assessment (ACAT) with My Aged Care. Our clinical team can help you with the steps to arrange this if required.

Step 3

Determine how your home care will be paid for (e.g. privately funded / Government-subsidised)

Step 4

Confirm the home care package you require and the services that will be included as part of it.

Step 5

A care worker will arrive at your home according to a set schedule.
