KOPWA’s Archbold House was accredited in November 2018, and the validity lasts for three years with an extension of six months due to the COVID19 pandemic.
In partnership with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission), the Department of Health introduced a service compliance rating system for residential Aged Care services. The new Aged Care Quality Standards came into effect on 1 July 2019, with KOPWA’s Archbold House being accredited in November of 2018 under the previous Standards.
